The company currently has 15 parental breeding duck farms which cover a total area of 5,000 mu. With a total construction area of 300,000 square meters, these farms have a total of 1.5 million sets of Cherry Valley parental breeding ducks, with an annual production capacity of 100 million commercial ducklings.
With a construction area of 100,000 square meters, it covers an area of 300 mu and has 25 incubation workshops. These workshops are equipped with 1,800 sets of incubation equipment of domestic advanced level and they can help hatch 150 million ducklings annually.
To adapt to the needs of the development of the new situation, the company has built 35 independent standardized farms in strict accordance with the requirements of the national customs standards. And for the record by customs, each batch can raise 5 million commercial meat ducks. Each farm is equipped with full-time on-site veterinarians to effectively implement various management systems of health and epidemic prevention and management systems of feeding medicines and feed use, ensuring the health and pollution-free and high quality of all meet ducks that leaves the cultivation fence.
The company has 3 large-scale meat duck processing and refrigeration plants. With a total construction area of 60,000 square meters, these plants cover a total area of 400 mu. The three plants have an annual slaughter capacity of 40 million, a daily quick freezing capacity of 400 tons, and a cold storage capacity of 30,000 tons. The company adopts the production line of advanced slaughtering and processing which is produced by STOCK in the Netherlands and LINCO in Denmark. The processing is organized in strict accordance with requirements of ISO9001 system and HACCP system and specifications of GMP and SSOP, making sure that the product quality completely conforms to the requirements of foreign trade export standards.
With a total construction area of 35000㎡, the company's cooked products processing plant has 5 workshops. The plant can annually process 50,000 tons and store 6,500 tons products. The plant has advanced production equipment from home and abroad, such as electric roasting, smoking, cooking, canning, spring rolls, and saucing. It implements strict control of product processing, and strict control and supervision of key links.
The company currently has three large-scale feed plants which cover a total area of 320 mu and a total construction area of 35,000 square meters. They are equipped with a complete set of large-scale feed processing equipment of advanced level in China. The equipment is automatically controlled by computer, it enables the three plants to annually produce 600,000 tons of various types of high-quality compound feed for poultry.
The company has specially built a quality testing center. Now the testing center has more than 40 full-time testing personnel. Under the testing center, there are microbiology testing rooms, serology testing rooms, drug residue testing rooms, etc. The testing center is equipped with a complete set of advanced testing equipment such as liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography, automatic enzyme-labeled instrument, centrifuge, etc. This enables the center to detect sulfonamides, chloramphenicol and other drug residues, as well as microorganisms such as E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella, and to carry out animal epidemic antibody testing and feed component testing, effectively ensuring product processing quality.
The company is equipped with a thermal power plant. The investment of the project is 200 million RMB. With a total construction area of 8247.3 square meters and the thermal power plant covers an area of 128,800 square meters. As the only heat source in Honghe town, the thermal power plant is responsible for the electricity and process steam of the company's affiliated enterprises, while providing central heating and part of the electricity for government departments and institutions, industrial enterprises, schools, hospitals and residential communities in Honghe town. In 2019, in active response to the nation's requirements for environmental protection, the company upgraded and renovated the flue gas of boilers through desulfurization and denitrification in thermal power plants to achieve ultra-low emission standards of environmental protection.
The company has built a sewage treatment plant. With a total investment of 46 million, the plant covers a total area of 66,666 square meters. The plant adopts the biological denitrification and dephosphorization process (A2/O process) which is stable and its daily sewage treatment capacity reaches 30,000 cubic meters. In addition to the sewage treatment function of the company's subsidiaries, the sewage treatment plant also shoulders the social functions of treating household sewage in Honghe township and production sewage of some industrial enterprises in the township. In 2019, the company invested heavily to upgrade the sewage treatment standard to make the discharge implementation standard reach that the discharged water of the sewage treatment plant meets the class Ⅳ of water quality standard.
